School project at Medieinstitutet, Stockholm. A concept aimed at increasing awareness among young people that they can contact Kronofogden—Sweden’s Enforcement Authority—for guidance before financial issues spiral out of control.
The campaign centers around “The Debt Monster”, a character symbolizing both the emotional weight of financial stress and the real-life consequences of unmanaged debt. As the monster grows, it begins consuming everyday essentials - illustrated humorously by the idea of it stealing toilet paper (something that becomes a luxury if you are broke).
The visual tone is playful and takes the edge of a serious topic, making it approachable while still highlighting the risks of waiting too long to seek help.
